“The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing. At check in we requested that our son have an adjoining room. He had requested that when he made his reservation. Not only did we not have adjoining rooms but we weren’t even on the same floor. They were able to move next to us the 2nd night but packing up and moving 6 people is a pain.”

“After driving 17 hours from Texas to Wisconsin, we are very pleased when we got into our room to see how clean, big and all the amenities it included. Our last hotel in West bend was terrible and I would never return to them. This will be my new spot! Thank you for taking such good care of my family while we visited!”

“The water pressure in the room was one of the best I have ever stayed. Staff very helpful, every morning I pass by, I would get a good morning. During my stay there are renovations being done. 10/10 would stay again.”

“Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.”

“The room was very clean. The linens were crisp white clean and plenty of pillows. The pillows were a bit puffy so I used my own... That's just preference. The room had a good size fridge, microwave and the coffee maker was one of those little once that look like a kuerig but you put in a small packet of coffee. I didn't use it. “I did not stay here despite my reservation and request a full refund of my money. Trying to check in after the posted ‘check in’ time, no one was the desk for 30 minutes of bell ringing. Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name. After learning that I booked through Expedia, I was told that Expedia ‘kept doing that’ to them and that there were...

“The room was ok, not immaculate. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Hated that there was no elevator. Overall an ok, not exceptional, experience.”

“We didn’t need help from staff but they were friendly. Very clean, best hotel bed in a long time! We were pretty busy during our time there and didn’t use the amenities. Pool area was closed but that means they check the water quality. Wish the coffee was better at hotels in general, but it got us up and moving in the morning.”

“The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it.”
